Biography

Rida Khalaf Alla is a Russian citizen. He has a medical background and graduated from the Saint-Peters burg State Medical University named after Academician I.P Pavlov (1999). Thereafter he did master’s program in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the SaintPeters burg State Medical Academy for Postgraduate Studies. (2005). recently he had completed his second master’s degree in Public health in the University of Malaya, in Malaysia (MPH, 2012). Currently he is working as a PMR consultant at Dar alaman rehabilitation center, managing and supervising multidisciplinary team to reduce disability and optimize functioning in patients with health conditions. Rida Khalaf Alla role in the center is to provide advice, guidance and lectures on rehabilitation approaches for different health conditions.
