Pulmonary rehabilitation which is also called as respiratory rehabilitation is an important part of the health maintenance of people with the severe respiratory diseases who remain symptomatic or continues to have a decreased function despite of the standard medical treatment. Pulmonary rehab is a formal program which helps with the exercise training, health education, and breathing techniques for people who have certain lung conditions or problems due to other conditions. In general, pulmonary rehabilitation refers to the process of services that are administered to the patients of respiratory disease and their families, typically to attempt to improve the quality.
