Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines or exercises of reaching bodily and intellectual fitness. There are distinctive areas where the yoga and health is essential such as the types of Yoga, Physiotherapy, Exercise technological know-how, Rehabilitation, Sports technology, Meditation and many. Many studies were conducted to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, and other heart diseases. Hatha yoga and Raja yoga are the most well-known types. The results of several studies are mixed with cancer studies suggesting none to unclear the effectiveness, and others suggesting yoga may reduce the several risk factors and aid in a patient's psychological healing process.
